Outward Bound did an exemplary job with a difficult task----picking up, packing, and delivering a 250 year old tall case clock. Everything came through in perfect condition thanks to the care and concern of this organization.
Alan Anderson arrived at the time scheduled, and he and his assistant carefully wrapped and packed these items and within two hours of arriving were on their way . I received a E Mail from Mr. Anderson that they had been safely delivered and signed off on.
We used Outward Bound Courier Logistics for several moves across the Eastern seaboard and midwest. In all instances, we had purchased antiques at auction, many of them of a very fragile nature, which needed to be transported up to our house in Maine. Alan worked directly with the auction houses, most of whom he had worked with before, to coordinate picking up the pieces and packaging them appropriately for the trip. Everything arrived in pristine condition. I would highly recommend! Alan was very easy to work with and always answered my calls.texts.emails. We would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
